IMRA / Pindari Products Return and Refund Policy

IMRA Surgical accepts returns for defective products only.

Damages and Faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Let us know within 30 days of receiving the item if the item is:

  • faulty
  • doesn’t match the sample or demo model
  • doesn’t match the description
  • doesn't do what the salesperson said it would.

Email us at info@imrasurgical.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia or the US, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Custom products cannot be returned and/or refunded (such as special orders or custom-made items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Change of Mind

We only allow returns and refunds for damaged or faulty products. We do not provide returns and refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you have a damaged or faulty item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item to let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund/replacement, and you can’t see the refund, please contact us at info@imrasurgical.com .
