Please allow 1-2 days to process your order.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

International Shipping

Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 US for the US, $9.94 AU for Australia, and €9.95 for France. Please email us at info@imrasurgical.com for shipping information outside these areas.

Damages and Faults

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please let us know if the item is:

• faulty
• doesn’t match the sample or demo model
• doesn’t match the description
• doesn't do what the salesperson said it would.

Email us at info@imrasurgical.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia or the US, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
